The Court Services Unit (Administration) is headed by the Director of Court Services, Mrs. Dolly King. The Director reports to the Chief Justice, the Registrar and the Chief Magistrate on matters related to the overall administration of the court system.

The Director is responsible for providing a leadership agenda for improving the administration and customer services at the Office of the Judiciary; for implementing strategic planning initiatives for the overall improvement of the work environment; for procuring premises, equipment and furniture for court use; supervising the renovation of facilities occupied by the courts; liaising with the Ministry of Works in connection therewith.

The Director also serves as a liaison with the Permanent Secretary in the Office of the Attorney General as well as other government agencies on matters relating to court administration. The Director of Court Services is responsible for the supervision of the various support units within the Office of the Judiciary and liaises with the Unit Supervisors in connection therewith.
